1. Scope

This policy covers this website (mumaoz.com) only. Business dealings conducted by email or in person — along with any non-disclosure agreement or services contract signed between us — are governed separately and are not limited by this policy.

The site is intended for business users. It is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect information from them.

2. What this site does not do

To avoid ambiguity, here is what is absent. As at this update, this website:

• Uses no third-party analytics of any kind (including but not limited to Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Matomo and Plausible)
• Carries no advertising tracking pixels, conversion tags or remarketing tags
• Loads nothing from a content delivery network or external font service — every asset is served directly from our own server
• Has no user accounts, and neither requires nor supports registration or sign-in
• Does not sell, rent or trade visitor information to anyone

3. Local storage

This site writes exactly one entry to your browser's local storage:

The key mz-cookie-consent records your choice on the notice at the bottom of the page (acknowledged / declined) so that it stops reappearing. It stays in your browser, is never transmitted to our server, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

The language redirect on the entry page reads your browser's language setting to send you to the right version once. It stores nothing, generates no identifier, and does not record the outcome.

4. Server access logs

Like almost every website, the server hosting this site produces standard access logs recording the time of the request, the originating IP address, the path requested, the HTTP status code and the browser User-Agent string.

These logs exist to keep the service available, diagnose faults and defend against attacks. They are not used to profile individual behaviour and are not cross-referenced against other information to identify particular visitors. Logs are rotated and cleared on a routine operational schedule.

5. Information you choose to give us

The enquiry form on the contact page has no server-side receiver. Pressing submit writes your text into a draft message in your own email client; whether to send it is entirely your decision, and we receive nothing until you actually send it.

Once you contact us by email, we necessarily see what you choose to tell us — typically a company name, a contact person, contact details, and whatever business background you provide to explain the brief. We use this to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the work is a fit, and perform any resulting contract.

Correspondence involving title lists, pricing, campaign strategy or client names is treated as commercially confidential. If you would prefer, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before substantive discussion begins.

6. Sharing and retention

We do not pass your information to third parties for marketing. Necessary disclosure may occur in two situations only: where a counterparty must be told in order to deliver what you have asked for (a rights holder or media platform, for example, and then only to the minimum extent the transaction requires); or where applicable law, regulation or a competent authority compels it.

Business correspondence is retained for as long as contract performance and legal requirements demand. Enquiry records that do not lead to an engagement are deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the business correspondence we hold that relates to you, or ask us to stop contacting you about a particular matter. Write to the address below and we will act on it once we have verified who you are.

Because the site has no account system, a single page visit tells us nothing that identifies you. If you need us to action a request, please include something in your message that lets us match it — the email address you previously wrote from, for instance.

8. Changes to this policy

If we revise this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and flag anything substantial prominently. It is worth re-reading this page before entering into any material business relationship.
